We’ve recently been part of a new fit-out for two branches, Progressive Building Society in Bangor, with another exciting location in Lisburn. Both projects reflect Progressive’s commitment to providing a modern new fit out.

At SCC we provided full M&E design and included standout features of these developments, which is the integration of high-performance mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems. Each branch benefits from a complete M&E redesign, carefully engineered to support energy efficiency, user comfort, and future-ready infrastructure. This includes intelligent lighting, upgraded HVAC systems, and robust power and data solutions—all tailored to meet the demands of a contemporary environment.

Alongside the M&E focus, both projects involved full strip-outs and complete refurbishments: reconfigured internal layouts, new shopfronts, premium flooring and finishes, bespoke joinery, signage, and high-quality furniture.

Each space has been delivered to an exceptional standard, with a strong emphasis on quality, health and safety, and environmental sustainability.
