Refurbishment of existing office space for Flogas Ireland located at Dublin Airport. At SCC we worked with the Flogas team and the Project Managers early in the project to complete a detailed survey and fingerprint test of the existing services for the CAT A fitout.

We provided early concept designs and costs followed by technical designs and specifications to allow the project to be tendered. The project was designed to LEED Gold Standard, driving sustainability in a LEED Gold Building.

Once on site we carried out routine site inspections while working alongside the project management team, contractor and sustainability consultants to achieve LEED Gold Rating.
