SKA Gold Accreditation for Progressive Building Society

Recently completed Progressive Building Society, Newtownards Branch has officially achieved SKA Gold Accreditation. This is the first project in Northern Ireland to have this certification under the Retail V1.0 scheme. SKA Gold rating is the highest level of certification. It is an environmental assessment tool for non-domestic building fit-outs. The gold rating signifies the most rigorous sustainability standards and best practices in areas of waste, water, materials and wellbeing have been achieved.  

Thanks to Progressive for pursuing the goal of SKA Gold and to the design and construction team who worked so hard to get the top accreditation. Special thanks to our James McLarnon and Christopher Hull who did a huge amount of research and put so much thought into the design.
