📢 SCC – Company Announcement!!! 📢

So what does this mean for SCC?

As of the 1st May 2025, Stephen & Jane have sold SCC Ltd to our dedicated team.   SCC is now owned by an Employee Ownership Trust, of which all our employees are now owners and will benefit from the success of the company.

Stephen & Jane have strong views on work life balance, sharing in success and developing engineers, so employee ownership seemed a very natural fit for them.

As Stephen noted, nothing is changing. We are still the same bunch of people all striving to provide our clients with the best service. All of us are now sharing in that success and have a key interest in driving the company forward long into the future. 

Stephen will be staying at SCC, we can’t let him retire just yet! He’s not a fan of golf anyways!

We have to thank Andrew Harrison from Co-ownership Solutions LLP who guided us every step of the way through this process. We would also like to thank Robbie M.,  Lyn Canning Hagan and the wider team From GMcG Chartered Accountants who helped make this a straightforward process.

We should also thank Claude Maguire from White Ink Architects, Aidan O'Neill and Catherine Muldoon from the DLD Fund who first helped us on the road to becoming a EOT.

Huge thank you to all our valued clients and stakeholders for your continued support, which has driven the growth of SCC and developed our fantastic team.
