Flogas Dublin Completed

SCC have recently completed the MEP services for the refurbishment of existing office space for Flogas Ireland located at Dublin Airport. At SCC we worked with the Flogas team and the Project Managers early in the project to complete a detailed survey and fingerprint test of the existing services for the CAT A fitout.

We provided early concept designs and costs followed by technical designs and specifications to allow the project to be tendered. The project was designed to LEED Gold Standard, driving sustainability in a LEED Gold Building.

Once on site we carried out routine site inspections while working alongside the project management team, contractor and sustainability consultants to achieve LEED Gold Rating.

It was great to be part of the design team involved with this project.
