Team Days Done Different 🍽️ 🔪 🍴

Our most recent team day out was to Waterman House in Belfast to their cookery school. Our choice of cuisine was Indian (we like a challenge) and the dish.... well Lamb Madras, which I have to say terrified most!

We had absolutely nothing to worry about, each of our dishes were tailored to our tastes. Chef Niall McKenna took us through a number of dishes including Pilau Rice, Chana and Veg Curry, Chili, Coriander and Lime Relish and Bombay Potatoes. The team absolutely smashed it and everyone made a really tasty meal to enjoy. All served with drinks of choice served by their very knowledgeable bar team.

We can't thank Niall and his team enough for their hospitality and teaching us all a thing or two about Indian cooking. We all came away with some great tips. Highly recommended for a fun, challenging and interactive team day out. We can't wait for the next one!
